Pricing and Terms
Location & Check in
LLocated just 60 minutes north of Alicante and 90 minutes from Valencia Airport, the villa is easily accessible while offering a peaceful retreat. Our house manager will personally meet you at the property to ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.
Booking Policy
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. A further 30% payment is due one (1) month prior to arrival, with the remaining 40% payable prior to arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Your reservation is considered confirmed once the initial deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 60 days prior to arrival, with a full refund of any payments made.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued for any amounts paid.
In the event of illness, the stay may, by mutual agreement, be rescheduled to alternative dates, subject to availability.
Utility Fee
A utilities fee of EUR 20 per night is payable upon check-out and covers standard utility costs during your stay.

Booking your stay is simple. Just send a booking request by email, including some information about your group and your preferred arrival dates.
Once your enquiry has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation with the terms of booking, payment details, and all other relevant information related to your stay.
